Bamboo vanity at reduced 18" depth. Toilet with washlet seat. Triple medicine cabinet with integrated LED lighting.

The custom vanity has a roll-out shelf under the sink and three recessed drawers tucked in between the sink and the shower to maximize storage and allowing easy access to the pivoting shower door. The recessed medicine cabinet with dimmable LED lights in the mirror provides good lighting for makeup and serves as a nightlight. The interior of the medicine cabinet provides storage, a flip-out magnifying makeup mirror, interior lighting and electrical outlets. Marble tile adds rich and subtle detail to the entire wall behind the vanity and the toilet.

Dropped soffit above vanity area hides the structural support beam (needed after removing the wall) and houses lighting. Full height toilet privacy wall with transom at the top for light.

Glass doors break up the wide expanse of wall cabinets. Induction range replaced gas. Clients described the linoleum tiles as a "party on the floor".

Showhouse hallway with "cloud toile" wallcovering enveloping one as the pass through the hallway. "Skyscape" painting by a local artist enhances the theme. Brass finished lighting fixtures are a nice contrast to the cool colors of the space. Custom sized wool wilton rug almost feels like an outdoor walkway.

The log cabin's living room. Modern meets Rustic design creates a functional, warm and inviting space. All colors, materials, lighting and furniture styles provide balance to the original rustic space. The clean lines of the leather and chrome ottoman and sectional give the space a more modern look and provide ample seating for the family. New interior doors were painted a deep charcoal to compliment the fireplace. Reading lights, up lighting and a chandelier give plenty of options for the various uses the room provides.
